DONOR CAR SOURCING

Together we select the ideal base (G-Model, 930, 964, 993) with the right provenance. You may bring your own car or have us help source and vet one through our network. Title remains in your name; transparency remains absolute.

COMMISSION AGREEMENT & RETAINER

We specify the architecture of the build and confirm the brief. You place a retainer to secure your slot. Payment thereafter follows clear, staged milestones aligned to progress - not promises.

DESIGN STUDY & MATERIAL MASTERING

You receive a founder-curated physical specification and sample box: period-correct color palettes, Nappa hides, Pepita and velours options, gauge faces, wheel stance and ride-height philosophy. Decisions are made with your hands as well as your eyes.

BODYWORK: FROM BARE METAL TO HANDMADE CRAFTSMANSHIP

The car is stripped to shell, metal-worked with surgical precision and adapted to the brief (from subtle OEM inspired lines to hand-formed ST steel).

Seam sealing, corrosion protection and paint are executed to highest standards - inside, outside, underbody. Chrome or custom trim, precisely aligned. With precise and aesthetic panel gaps.

POWERTRAIN & CHASSIS

We rebuild and re-engineer where it matters:

• Engines from fast-road 3.2/3.4 to 964-based high-torque 4.0, naturally aspirated and beautifully usable.
• Gearbox revisions with ratios chosen for the roads you drive; limited-slip differentials on request.
• Chassis setup from period-correct torsion character to modern KW or Öhlins solutions.
• Brakes sized for mountain descents or occasional track days.

Everything is balanced, blueprinted and calibrated for confidence inspiring performance.

INTERIOR: REDUCTION AND QUIET LUXURY

Driver-centric ergonomics; materials with soul. Hand-stitched semi-aniline leathers, Pepita, subtle contrast piping; bespoke Recaro or period-style seating; a tactile wheel that belongs in your hands.

Modern conveniences are integrated invisibly (CarPlay, discreet DSP hi-fi, electrical AC) if you desire them - never at the expense of authenticity.
